I cook for people to make them say, “WOW” when they eat. We prepare meals so they can have more time to spend with family, friends or do whatever they want. We host many different types and sizes of parties. In 2001 I was working in a restaurant that was located in a hotel; worked way too many hours and did not have much of a life. I cooked in the back of the house and never got to see or interact with customers. I felt like I could be doing more. I read an article about personal cheffing and decided I wanted to work for myself and help people get more time back in their lives by making their dinners. This led to me starting my business the week of September 11th, 2001.
